SJT dialogue items ask for the most effective response. MCQ tests tone/intent. SR covers interpersonal habits. OPEN may ask you to draft a short message or reply. Adaptive; reports include score, tier, SE, and N.
Tips to improve
- Use the reflect–label–ask loop: reflect content, label feeling, ask one open question.
- Replace advice with curiosity for two turns before suggesting.
- Clarify outcomes and next steps in one sentence.
- Practice concise written replies; cut hedges and soften only when needed.
- Review tough chats; script a better version.
